Strawberry Spinach Salad
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 cup nut or seed of choice ((almond, walnut, pumpkin seeds, pecan))
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Wash fresh spinach and place in large bowl

Slice strawberries

Chop onions

In a separate bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and drizzle over salad mixture

Top salad with nuts of your choice
