Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in mixing bowl
- Beat milk, eggs, peanut butter together in a separate bowl
- Combine the wet ingredients with dry and blend well
- Spoon batter into muffin cups
- Bake muffins 15-18 minutes until they are golden brown and no longer gooey in the middle.
