Inyanga Kazwelonke Yokudla

Ukuvezwa kokudla okusha kungaholela ekuvezweni kwamavithamini namaminerali okungenzeka awutholi njengamanje.

5) Khuthala!Thatha imizuzu engama-30 ukuhamba nsuku zonke noma uzijwayeze i-yoga uma uthola imizuzu embalwa uwedwa.
