Ngomhla wenyanga kaZwelonke weSondlo kwaye sibhiyozela! Siyavuya xa ulapha! INyanga yeSizwe yeSondlo yinyanga ebekelwe bucala yokujonga kwakhona kwaye ukhumbule ukuba kutheni ukukhetha ukutya okusempilweni kunye nokwenza indlela yokuphila esebenzayo kubaluleke kangaka kuthi.

5) Yiba esebenzayo!Thatha imizuzu engama-30 uhambe yonke imihla okanye uziqhelanise neyoga ukuba ufumana imizuzu embalwa kuye.
